Christmas Serving Opportunities
It is our hope and prayer that with even more Carol Services happening this year, we will be able to share the good news of Jesus with over 20,000 visitors.
We need your help to do that! We encourage everyone in our church family to serve in whatever way they can. We have over 300 roles to fill and need over 20,000 mince pies.
Read through the descriptions below and sign up before midnight on Sunday 29 November. You will be contacted by 2 December at the latest to confirm which serving areas you’ve been allocated.

Housekeeping Team
We are looking for a team of people to work with our Church Assistants to clean up after each service, collecting rubbish, vacuuming, replacing bin liners, etc. to ready the building for the next Carol Service. With comfortable shoes and a can-do attitude, the time will fly by!
Hospitality Team
We need a team of proactive, friendly people to prepare mince pies and Christmas punch during the service and serve them to guests afterwards.
Please note: You won’t be able to sit in the service in this role, and may be required to go up and down stairs while holding trays.
Decorations Team
We are looking for teams of strong people to erect trees, string fairy lights, and get the building ready — and teams to take them down again. Please commit to the whole day; lunch will be provided, families welcome.
