Children and youth of all ages are welcome at All Souls!
We want to help young people come to know Christ, live as God’s children in the world and persevere as Christians into adulthood. We teach the Bible, build good relationships with them and have fun together. We also support parents and guardians in their vital role as the primary disciplers of their children.
Every term-time Sunday during the 9.30am service, groups are held for children aged 0–18:
Sundays, during 9.30am service
Children up to 2½ years old can be dropped off to a crèche in the Forum, cared for by a team of volunteers during the 9.30am morning service. There is no need to book.
Children start in the 9.30am service and leave partway through to groups located around the building. Parents and carers then go to collect them at the end of the service.
Our youth groups meet during the 9.30am service each Sunday during term-time. Join us for bible study, worship, games, and fellowship... and make sure you come along on a Friday too!
Jellybeans, our baby and toddler group, is great fun for local parents, carers, expectant mums and pre-school children and takes place on Tuesday mornings during term time.
Our youth groups meet on Friday evenings during term-time for games, Bible study and worship. It’s a great way to make friends and get to know people; if you’re currently at secondary school, make sure you come along!
Alongside our Sunday and midweek programmes we hold other events throughout the year; weekends away, outings, all-age services, a holiday club, a children’s programme at Cornerstone (the All Souls Church summer holiday) and more!
Keep an eye out for details of upcoming events.
Children and Youth Ministers
Trevor, Anna, Nisha and Dan lead our ministry to children and youth aged 0-18. They’re assisted by other members of staff, Ministry Trainees and a large group of volunteers from the church family as we help and encourage our children to grow in Christ.
All staff and volunteers working with children and youth attend training each year and undergo child protection checks (DBS).
We take the safety of our children and young people very seriously, and want to create safe places where they can grow and flourish. Our safeguarding representatives and guidelines are detailed in our policy, linked below.
