Church Assistants

1 year fixed term: August 15 2022–August 7 2023. Full time: 35 hours per week in shifts, including evening and weekend shifts. Salary: £17,290 with subsidised housing in the parish.

We are looking for six Church Assistants to:

  • Spend a year worshipping at All Souls while studying one specific area of ministry each term alongside providing practical support and exploring issues of Christian Faith
  • Provide support running and maintaining parish buildings and facilities
  • Support the practical running of, and participate in, Sunday services and weekday events

All Souls Music Ensembles Co-ordinator

Full time: 35 hours per week (plus lunch breaks), including some evenings and weekends to support rehearsals and events. Salary: In the region of £24,000 pa.

The All Souls Music Department (Langham Arts) has a vacancy coming up within the team that handles the activities of the All Souls Orchestra including Prom Praise. This is a huge opportunity to be part of the team that shapes All Souls Music in a 21st century context under the leadership of Senior Music Minister Michael Andrews, as we aspire to reach a new generation of worshippers.

We are looking for a person who is a committed Christian with musical experience (ideally, an experience of orchestras) and strong organisational skills to fill a supportive role working with the musicians of the All Souls Orchestra and their support team, maintaining good relationships to attract and integrate them into the ministry of All Souls Music.

Key areas include:

  • Fixing and coordinating players for events
  • Supporting music preparation for each occasion
  • Giving practical supporting rehearsals and performances
  • Supporting Orchestra volunteer fixers in building supportive relationships in the Orchestra
  • family

Tamar Volunteer and Database Administrator

6 month fixed term contract. 4 days per week (flexible hours including evenings and occasional weekends). Salary £23,324-£24,752 (depending on experience) plus £3,940 London weighting, pro rata

Technology Coordinator

Permanent position. Full time with occasional evenings & weekends. £25,752 - £29,581 + £3940 London Weighting, depending on experience.

We are looking for a Technology Coordinator to join the All Souls staff team in our vibrant and diverse church in the heart of the West End. The role holder hold day-to-day responsibility for the provision and operation of technology in the church and offices, including:

  • Providing technology solutions to the church
  • Coordinating technical systems infrastructure and contributing to its design
  • Being responsible for the integrity of operational systems
  • Providing first-line technical support to staff family
