The Apprentice Scheme is a one or two year ministry training programme. It combines biblical and theological training with hands-on ministry experience alongside a member of the staff team in a particular sphere of church life. It's particularly designed for those who are growing in Christian maturity and leadership.

We will start accepting applications for the 2018-2019 academic year in December 2017.

For more information and to download an application form please see the Apprentice page on the All Souls website.

Church Assistants x 6

We are recruiting a team of six Church Assistants to work from the start of August on a twelve month contract to study, develop as Christians and support the running of the church.

Based in one of our one or two bedroom (shared) flats in the parish, and working shifts through the week, the job requires a flexible attitude as you take up scheduled studies with different ministries to develop your Christian faith, and turn your hand to range of practical and technical tasks across the parish.

The Church Assistant programme is overseen by a Senior Minister, and in addition to the team leader each CA has their own ‘mentor’ to provide pastoral support. Full training is given at the start of the year.

Our team of Church Assistants is at the heart of the staff team and will work with all members of the admin and ministry teams over the year. You will participate in regular prayer and worship at staff meetings, as well as worshiping at All Souls church.

If you like the idea of a year of intensive work, study and christian development serving at the heart of a busy city centre conservative evangelical church then please get in touch, we look forward to hearing from you.
