Schools Coordinator (two year fixed term)

A new Schools Coordinator post is being created to build on the strengths of our previous provision, in response to new opportunities that have arisen to serve our local church primary school, and looking to resource other schools as relationships with them are further developed .

As part of the 'Serve the City' team, and working from All Souls Clubhouse, the Schools Coordinator will be line-managed by the Clubhouse Vicar and will work across the parish to:

 

  • deliver a programme of after-school Bible clubs
  • run an annual week-long Holiday Bible Club
  • help resource school-based initiatives which serve the strengthen the Christian eithos and celebrate the Christian identity of All Souls CE Primary school
  • help develop a 'schools hub' providing a curriculum-enhancing parish visits programme

Finance Manager (Permanent)


An exciting role has come up at All Souls for a qualified finance professional.  We are looking for someone to oversee our parish finances and to lead our restructured and expanded Finance Department

As well as direct responsibility for running the All Souls Church finances area the post-holder will be responsible for managing oversight of two other parish charities.

Assistant Finance Manager (Permanent)


As the scale and scope of Ministry at All Souls increases we want to employ a further Assistant Finance Manager in the Finance Team.  

A full-time permanent role, we are looking for an enthusiastic team member with previous accounting experience to help administer the finances of the charities that make up the Parish.

We are in the middle of reorganising the roles in the Finance Team so are looking for someone who is prepared to help shape and develop the new department and work alongside other new team members.

Student Worker (2 year fixed term)

 

We have a position for a Student Worker within the All Souls Ministry Team for a two year fixed-term period.  As part of the Ministry Team operating under the direction of the Rector, the student worker will be line-managed by the Senior Minister (Students) and will help with: 

  • Running student work
  • Leading discipleship groups
  • Supporting Christian unions
  • Reading the Bible with male students
  • Mobilising mission outreach
They will be part of the student leadership team, working alongside the Senior Minister.  The leadership team is especially responsible for strategy, organising the student programme and the pastoral care of the leaders who are serving partners.
 
The Student Worker is expected to play a full part in the life of the staff team and the church, and as part of the role one day of the week is set apart for further education and/or theological training.

 Building and Property Manager (Permanent)

 

The Parish of All Souls Langham Place, in the centre of the West End of London has an extensive property portfolio including two Grade 1 Listed churches, one further church, a community centre, office buildings and over twenty residential properties.

We need an experienced and qualified building professional to run the team that oversees this historic estate.  With experience of working with historic listed buildings, commercial & residential property and asset management you will also need to be passionate about the Christian vision of All Souls as it works to bring Christ to the city, nation and world.

Apprentice Scheme 2016 - 2017

The Apprentice Scheme is a one or two year ministry training programme. It combines Biblical and theological training with hands-on ministry experience alongside a member of the staff team in a particular sphere of church life. It's particularly designed for those who are growing in Christian maturity and leadership.
